Congratulations to our students that participated in the Mid Atlantic Honor Band at Shenandoah University this weekend. Also congratulations to our 7 students (unfortunately no picture) that participated in the VT Honor Band one-day event before the ice storm last week. Music has still thrived in spite of old man winter.
Join us in congratulating two exceptional MCPS musicians. Blacksburg High School's Jake Fox (french horn) and Amanda Ekey (trombone) made the National Honor Band! They'll join the band at the Music For All National Festival in Indianapolis this March. ​
