Kroger Rewards is one of our fundraisers for the band. This fundraiser takes minimal effort on your part. See directions below:
- Log in to your Kroger App, click the three lines at the top right. Click on Rewards, select Community Rewards. Search for "Blacksburg High School Band Booster, Inc " and then click Enroll.

Trailer Notes

Help us raise money for the Blacksburg Bands!
- For $200, put your student's name (or your family or business name) on the side of our trailer.
- These donations help the band boosters to support our students

Calling all Volunteers!

Parents: we hope you can sign up to help with at least one game or competition this fall. We ask that each family volunteer once a season per band student. We need all hands on deck to pull off a successful marching season. It's also a great way to meet other parents!
If this is your first time volunteering, there are checklist and assignments to make this a smooth process.
There are still slots available, so please sign up and help up make this another great season!

Sign Ups:

Sign up to volunteer at a band competition.
- There are six this year and one is an overnight trip.
Sign up to volunteer at a football game.
- There are five home football games this year.
Sign up to sell beer at a Virginia Tech home football game (must be 18+ and do a 2 hr online training; earn $100 toward next year's march band registration for each volunteer shift completed)
- There are seven games we are signed up for this year. Plan for a 7 hour day (3 hrs before the game until the start of 4th quarter).

Additionally,

In prior years, we have raffled off VT Basketball tickets as a winter fundraiser. We have plans to do this again.
If you have any item you would like to raffle- VT football tickets, VT Basketball tickets, etc., please contact us and we can set this up.
